KCU Admission Counselors
Brandon Dulaney
My name is Brandon Dulaney. I was raised in Minerva, Ohio. You might be thinking to yourself, “have I heard of this place?” and to that I would reply, “No”. I graduated from High School in 2000 and immediately realized I should have looked at colleges to attend prior to that moment. So, I went to the wrong school for a year before I discovered that KCU was my home. I graduated from KCU in 2005 with a degree in Advanced Biblical Studies. I then married my absolute favorite girl in June and started working here in July. Now, I am eagerly awaiting your phone call to help in any way that I can!
Erin Younkin
Hi, I’m Erin and I am originally from Minford, Ohio. It is a small town that is so close to the river we are often called “misplaced Kentuckians.” When I was in high school I traveled in a group from KCU called Servants (high school singing group) and I was completely sold on the school. I came to KCU in 2000 as a Middle Grades Education major. While I was here I had the opportunity to travel with Destiny for three years and had a blast! I changed my major my senior year to History and graduated in 2005. After graduation I ended up in Cincinnati, Ohio teaching music. This of course makes sense, since I have a History degree (sarcasm). So after that experience, I realized that I needed to do something different. Then God led me back to Kentucky Christian University. It was like coming home again. There is something to be said for going to a place where “everybody knows your name” (cheers). Anyway email me, call me, or check out my “myspace.” I would love to help you as you pursue your college career and the Lord’s will for your life.
Kara Bomer
I'm Kara and I am from Oblong, IL! In high school I was involved in Marching Band (drum major), Concert, Jazz, and Pep Band (alto Sax) and Choir; and I also played volleyball. I had never heard of KCU until my junior year of high school when I found out that my favorite band, Audio Adrenaline, went to school here. It was then that I decided I was also going to come to KCU. I came in the fall of 1998 as a vocal performance major, then I changed my major, and changed it again, and again. Finally I graduated in 2002 with a degree in Bible and Youth and Family Ministry.
Three weeks after graduation I started working at KCU in the Admissions office. It's been four years now and I'm still here which means one thing... I can answer just about any question you throw at me! So bring 'em on we'll play stump the Sr. Counselor!
Brian Glasser
Hey, I'm Brian. I was born and raised in Barberton, Ohio (just outside of Akron). I graduated high school in 2002, and chose to come to KCU because I wanted to be different then the rest of the kids in my youth group. While here I have had many great opportunities including meeting and marrying my amazing wife Nichole. I then graduated with a degree in Youth and Family Ministries in 2007. I am now looking forward to your phone call or e-mail, to share with you the opportunities that KCU holds for you.
